Team India on Saturday underwent a very special training session aimed at bolstering fielding standards. The players were seen playing catching practice ahead of the upcoming battle against Kiwis. In a video, R Ashwin can be seen hitting the tennis balls in the air before he pulled off a beauty.
The players were supposed to rush towards the ball to ensure it hits the helmets and then fielders were supposed to complete the catch. The Indian cricket team shared laughs during the special training drill that left everyone ROFL.
“Name this training drill,” ICC wrote along with the video.
