RCB pacer Harshal Patel has set a new record by India pacer as he equalled the previous record with CSK allrounder Dwayne Bravo for most wickets in IPL season. RCB pace spearhead Harshal Patel has continued to weave magic with the ball. The purple cap holder now has 32 wickets in 15 matches. He created IPL history as the all-time highest wicket-taker in one single season.

Along with Harshal Patel, CSK allrounder Dwayne Bravo holds the records for most wickets in an IPL season. He had taken 32 wickets in IPL 2013. Kagiso Rabada is placed 3rd in the overall list with 30 wickets in 2020. Meanwhile, Lasith Malinga and James Faulkner also feature on the elite list.
