Catches win matches and Australia will be wary of the saying after dropping three easy chances and in total six opportunities as Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman punished Aaron Finch & Co hammering 176 in 20 overs.
The three easiest chances fell to David Warner, Adam Zampa and Steve Smith and the batsmen who created those opportunities were none other than Mohammad Rizwan and Fakhar Zaman. Rizwan hammered 67 off 52 and Zaman smashed 55 off 32 to punish Australian fielders.

As easy as it could get. Glenn Maxwell was brought in to bowl inside the powerplay and somehow he created an opportunity and that was of the dangerous Rizwan. Warner ran all the way back and even dived forward but he could not latch on to the catch. Rizwan got his first lifeline when he was on 1.
Catch 2: Zampa drops Rizwan:
Rizwan received his second lifeline when he was on 21 and even though the Aussie spinner made a fine effort it was a miss. Rizwan whipped one off Pat Cummins deliveries and Zampa ran towards the ball, dived forward and even to reach the ball but he failed to hold on and Rizwan went on to add 46 more runs.

Catch 3: Smith drops Fakhar Zaman:
The third one was probably the easiest of the lot. It was in the 19th over when Pakistan were threatening to post a big total and Fakhar Zaman was already on fire. Pat Cummins was the bowler again and even though Zaman mistimed the ball and sent it straight to Steve Smith, one of the excellent fielders, the former Australian captain could not hold onto it.
